By submitting $100 deposit, you acknowledge Deposit is non-refundable. Changing your date will also cause loss of deposit due to loss of revenue and food spoilage, so please verify your party date is confirmed. We can assist setting up chaffing trays if needed, but do not lite burners as a precautionary liability.
